Usage:  To make 300ml Ensure milk, prepare cooled boiled water + hot water Take ½ cup of milk powder (about 56g) and stir until completely dissolved, then you can enjoy a delicious and nutritious cup of milk. To make it more delicious, you can add strawberry or chocolate syrup as you like. Hydrated milk should be used within 24 hours, not too long. Once opened , product must be used within 3 weeks.
